I love the company I work for most of the time. I do feel that we are appreciated, with the exception of my manager.

We are expected to do very hard physically work, very heavy lifting.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make decisions more effectively so a project isn’t finished, only to be redone up to 3 or 4 times
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us have been together over 4 years. We genuinely care about each other and as cliche as it sounds, we really are a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work on the visual merchandising in our store and I love doing it. I get to be creative and one of my passions is interior decorating.

At my store, it’s our manager. He is just a hateful person. We all get excited when it’s not our turn to be picked on and dread and hate when it is
