In order to lead you have to be a leader instead of a follower. You have to make sure that all rules are abided by, even management. Management is supposed to be out on the floor working along side their employees and setting the example. They need to problem solve. That is lacking in our store 5.

The hours they force you to work are unpredictable. Truck days you have no idea when you come in or leave and are forced to stay "until it's done or get fired" (stated by store manager). Not near worth the money. Holidays you are there until 11pm for no reason.

There are no raises given in the store location I work for. There is no incentive for anyone to work towards. It has begun to wear on employees who have been working for the company for multiple years. There are employees who just started and are making the same amount as long term employees.

We have some of the hardest workers but they are underpaid and under appreciated. And when anyone speaks out with an opinion they no longer have a job. It has been only discussed by management with other employees that a certain person will be written up until they have a reason to fire them.

It was easy and efficient the only problem I had was the annoying math test. Not necessary at all when everything is handed to you, calculators and papers telling you the price and stuff.
