The company needs better training, better communication between mgmt and employees. Also, it's hard to get time requested off. I had to ask several times for Dr appts and didn't know I had them off until the day before even though I put in a request over three weeks in advance.

That would be hard to describe.

The customers and co workers..not dept mgrs or mgmt.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and a few valued co workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along but are not allowed to socialize for more than a few minutes then we're told to snap to it...get moving!!! It's very degrading!!!
