What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How can you justify having employees work 12 hour shifts during inventory. The location in Tucson on Broadway and Craycroft is mismanaged to the extent that employees are having to work unlawful hours and are subjected to Favoritism and retaliation for my manager it does whatever he wants.

Competitive salaries and benefits make it a great place to work. Management and a lack of keeping up with technology makes the place unproductive
