I feel like I’m not needed and not wanted, I’m talked down
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers need to change and improve their attitude towards employees. Rather than talk down to us just talk to us as if we are equals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and efficient the only problem I had was the annoying math test. Not necessary at all when everything is handed to you, calculators and papers telling you the price and stuff.
