
My co-workers all know when to chat and when to work, it's never anything involving animosity and I trust them like I do actual friends.
The General Manager needs to stop having a power trip, and to step down from his position. The Co-Managers need to stop blindly supporting his actions and tell him that he's not treating employees fairly at all. Multiple people have quit because of him.
I feel undervalued because I was lied to about my promotion to full time. It was handed away to someone else after I'd filled everything out, corporate had sent me 401k paperwork and everything else. Then it was just stripped from me like nothing happened.
