Over the past few years working for Hobby Lobby has gradually gotten worse. It used to be an awesome place to work, then all of a sudden more frequent and time sensitive changes were made. It put stress on the managers who put even more stress on the employees.

They try to be positive and have the right mindset of the work environment being a good one. I think by the time it gets to the store level, the only thing that is relevant is meeting deadlines regardless of how the employees are treated.
