Most employees get along without stepping on each other's toes. Most grievances are held as a whole, not really singling out coworkers.
Actual communication and teamwork with the other employees. They need to learn to take criticism without yelling at or punishing staff. Also, following through with their own comments .
I spoke directly to a co-manager and was called back within 3 days. I was told what the pay and expected hours were at the start of the interview. My questions were answered directly without beating around the bush.
Most of my coworkers were very nice people, and we worked well together and as a team. When we had issues with each other we were able to talk one on one without management and could solve our own issues together.
Treatment of employees is poor, if we're supposed to work as a team that should involve management. Scheduling is poor and stores are understaffed, management should take coverage into account when looking through applications, not just if the store has hours available.
