honesty and a better environment
It seemed a bit unprofessional but it was very easy to pass
nothing really, only good thing is that there are dogs in the office
There's a lot going wrong: Starting from lies to clients, over managers who gossip about their teams, to a CEO who will belittle his employees in front of everyone.
There's a lack of communication and of experience. Leadership needs to learn to work strategically and not only on short notice reactions. Also they're not accountable, instead of taking responsibility they're playing the blame game
Full times are expected to work way more than in their contract but without any additional compensation. If over hours reach such a high level they should be compensated for by regular pay, fair bonus structures or equity
There's a lot of negative pressure. It results in blaming, talking behind others' backs and similar bad practices that harm the company culture. Having more interns than employees doesn't help either cause most of the team changes over the course of three month so there's no consistency
Collaboration with some coworkers is good, others are very self-absorbed. Many team members are also more focused on problems than on solutions. A big problem with the coworkers is that most of them are interns (far more interns than employees) so they lack knowledge, experience and stay only short
