it's like a family, we all are very close, it's very easy to talk and discuss any subject

coworkers just interact nicely on the surface, there is too much gossiping and blaming
they need more full times and less interns

Collaboration with some coworkers is good, others are very self-absorbed. Many team members are also more focused on problems than on solutions. A big problem with the coworkers is that most of them are interns (far more interns than employees) so they lack knowledge, experience and stay only short
