Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the compensation is low, overtime is not paid
compensation is far below market standards and over hours are unpaid
Full times are expected to work way more than in their contract but without any additional compensation. If over hours reach such a high level they should be compensated for by regular pay, fair bonus structures or equity
I think my compensation is really fine for a startup
The compensation for interns is ok. Anyhow it's not an internship that teaches a lot, it's a job that would usually be done from a customer service person. So interns are just the cheap way around paying an employee who would earn more.
