the team and the project
I like the nature of my missions so I look forward to work to recruit, meet new people & learn more about talent acquisition. I'm also happy to see my coworkers.
negative pressure, bad culture of blaming and gossiping, low pay for the work that is done,
no respect from managers for their teams (or from CEO to his managers). goals are unclear, no strategy and it seems the company is financially in a bad position but no one talks about it
interns are hired to do business development but end up doing customer service. the bosses have no idea what they're doing
There's a lot going wrong: Starting from lies to clients, over managers who gossip about their teams, to a CEO who will belittle his employees in front of everyone.
The company calls themselves startup but only takes this name as an excuse to not hire people, pay low wages and change their mind often. It would be time to hire people with more expertise and not only interns and to develop a long term strategy and clear communication
I like that some people bring their dogs. that's everything unfortunately
nothing really, only good thing is that there are dogs in the office
I like the free lunch
management style! they need some managers who know how to do their job and a team that is not only interns
honesty and a better environment
I'd like to see some strategy and some experienced employees instead of only interns
