I like that the leadership team is flexible and understanding. They trust me to do my job well and regularly provide me with content to help develop my professional skills.

they need to get better at communication, people skills, strategy, efficiency

they need better integrity and more accountability. communication style should be improved too

There's a lack of communication and of experience. Leadership needs to learn to work strategically and not only on short notice reactions. Also they're not accountable, instead of taking responsibility they're playing the blame game

Leadership isn't really existent. The company has only three levels: CEO, managers and interns. The managers aren't experienced and just check on the interns' customer service work, nothing more. The CEO creates negative pressure on the managers. Lack of strategy and structure
