They were easy to work with. It was always fun to work with these people. They were approachable and always willing to help and listen.

Since the company is also right-sizing and rescoping the fees for our clients, I think it is also fair to increase our compensation. Due to inflation, employees want their take home pays to increase too.

No toxic workmates. Competition will not be felt since we are handling different clients, we only compete from our previous performances. No hierarchy. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. We can talk anything to anyone.
