I am happy working at InDinero. I feel that I have improved and learned a lot throughout the years, professionally speaking. The company culture and people are very great. My main concern is the compensation and benefits because I think the company doesn't compete in the market.

I love happy hours and company events. I also appreciate that we have stand-up/ sync-up to check each other out

It's inevitable to compare our compensation to other companies in the same industry. Those companies offer higher compensation than Indinero. My colleagues on other companies with same position to me have higher salaries.
