I feel very fortunate to work at Interactions. I'm not sure if the perfect company to work for exists, but in my role in my area of IT that I work in I think it's pretty darn good. I'm very proud to say that I am part of team responsible for keeping production systems running at a high quality.

I'll not be brief as my tenure is over a decade. The experience at my company has vastly improved - especially so over the last 5 years, despite our business shrinking. Growth-minded staff was retained, and efforts made to follow current best practices in software delivery.
Interactions is the best place I've ever worked. I've gotten opportunities here that I never would have gotten at other places. The company catered well to introverts and neurodiverse types in the distant past, and while things have changed a bit, I have no plans to leave. I'm comfortable here.
