Listening to emplyees. I am a assistant GM. I have 5 Years and am not being trained or moved up. GM have low experance, gosip and target emplyees.

It was simple. No stressful. You walk in sit in the lobby telk then about yourself and then wait to load into the system if your hired and do your vidoes.

My team is great! they work hard. They set me up as long as i set them up. We all work great. Its the Gms lack of comuncation or being held acoutable that makes emplyees want to leave not the job its self.

The emplyees i work with. I love the work pace and that everyone trys to set eachother up. The negstive part comes when the Gm never sets shifts up. I was just assistant Gm it left everyone futrates always trying to catch up when the Gm should be the best worker.
