Nailing a shift, having everything controlled and perfect and everyone being such a great team and helpign each other out, with none of the other management present

Nothing in particular, it is what it is and i need this job. Franchisee constantly deletes overtime or has staff clock out and he promises to "pay them what he owes them off the record"

My team i was working with would do anything they were asked to and were fun, friendly and helpful toward each other. Everyone knew what they were doing and did extra without being asked. The other management was terrible and constantly called them lazy and bad and slow.
