While I appreciate the opportunities for professional development, collaborative spirit, and flexibility for work-life balance, I often feel that my role lacks meaningful engagement. I feel undervalued because of insufficient feedback on career path. To feel better about my compensation, I would appreciate a clear criteria for raises and promotions, or additional benefits aligned with my contributions and responsibilities.
