Pay, paternity leave, manage expectations of clients, understand workload, WFH more optional, don't spend too much money on infrastructure then take it out of employee bonuses.

Though already in discussions, we lag behind in "equity" like compensation specifically with pension / retirement savings and contributions. The company is already in flight on delivering this in 2021

The assessments from the interview panel towards the candidates are not far apart, pointing out that we are largely aligned for what we are looking for.

No technical terms questions. I was asked logical scenarios or "what would you do" type of questions.
