Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market has changed a lot - I could get more money at other company but this company gives me other good things - like the nice atmosphere to work with no pressure - that's why I'm still here

Medical and vision benefits could be way better. I wish we had more PTO and more time off for new parents. Our life insurance policy leaves much to be desired. Benefits in general could be way better.

I do not feel the benefits are at par with the industry. Definitely missing RRSP matching. Benefits are advantageous to single persons and young families.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership tells us what we want to hear but not the truth. When we find out the truth, leadership never acknowledges their mistakes.

I don't get the sense that the executive team has concrete plans for the future of our products, mostly just buzzwords. There's also unresolved disagreement between the leaders of two departments working on different products, and I doubt we'll actually integrate those products without resolving it.
