The people! We have some of the best of the best in terms of cultural contributors. Almost everyone I work with cares deeply about our customers, our product, and our company goals, and is aligned on how we get there. And we have fun with it! Our company culture is top notch.

Recognition is celebrated at every level here. Sometimes it's a shoutout at a company meeting, or a congrats from an Exec team member. Other times it's just a thank you from my manager or another team member for putting in the extra hour here, or the extra effort to finish a project on time.

My team is amazingly skilled at problem solving. The work we're doing is tough, and a lot of time the answers to the problems we face aren't clear or black and white. Our team is great at putting our customers' needs first, and figuring out the best way to help them and accomplish our goals.

Probably our unlimited paid time off! I put in 110% when I'm working, but I'm assured that I can the time I need off to focus on recharging my batteries. This has been especially important during the last few months with the pandemic. Even if we can't travel right now, I can take time for my family.
