I work on awesome things that keep people safe. My team and people I interact with are awesome. I get paid well, and there is a lot of upward mobility. I learn something new every day.

Everyone is respectful and knowledgeable. The older coworkers or people who have been at the company for years are very happy to help with questions, and showing you the ropes, the new ones are eager and exciting to work with.

I interviewed with my manager which gave me a good outlook on how it would be like to work with him. Because I have to get a government security clearance the interview process has a lot of steps after the initial screening and is very time consuming.
