My manager is very helpful and keeps me engaged, while also understanding that there is life beyond work.

Tone at the top is consistent and focused.

The new EVP for the Space business is a great person who has a vision for the future, but there is a disconnect between his message and the actions we see at the next level down. So we are moving sideways and in some cases backwards instead of forward.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

4/10 = burnouts. Six minute charging increments is unrealistic.

Be willing to consider more workplace flexibility.

300 letters is not sufficient enough to accurately say

Realizing they dont do the work they take credit and bonuses for! Production does with or without them!

Executive leadership? No idea, but stop sugarcoating the bad news. Just be honest. We’re all adults here. Front line management? Find another job. You’re really not suited to leadership of any kind, and it’s painfully app

Being a team is just that. Working together to accomplish our goal and not pushing the job off onto others or just plain NOT helping. Leads that step up are more valued than someone just not getting the work done.

Micro managers. Team has a fixed mindset instead of a growth mindset. Older people are not welcome to change such as WFH, organizational change etc. Corporate environment with less freedom for employees. Very robotic workplace. Employee feedback is not taken into account.

Fairness and communication to employees. Listen and if someone sees something and says something act on that issue. Poor Level 5 Production Manager

There are far too many things they need to improve on to list in 5 minutes. At the core though, they need to stop rolling out a culture where the higher you climb up the corporate ladder, the less the rules apply to you. "Do as I say not as I do" seems to be the company motto for executives
