The comradely,trust and teamwork we act like it's a competition between our team and other shifts teams. We don't like 2nd our Moto is if you're not first you are no different than last.we shoot for first in everything, safety, production, quality of work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be more team oriented, pay attention to morale.

The overall atmosphere in the office should be friendlier, much friendlier. I feel under threat by those who have been instructed to go after me and that is by design from key upper and mid-level managers. Character assassination is at its very best in the office.

If my "co-workers" were actually workers. Being more of a team than out for just themselves.

The culture is very backbiting and a deep lack of communication between management and worker.

Very upheld. Coworkers are scared to express themselves due to how strict and micro managing the leaders are. It's not a friendly fun environment. Very military like company culture and leadership passes down the same personality which in return makes the employees nervous to express themselves.

If you can't work and talk at the same time don't talk. Horse playing alot and numbers show. Level 5 Production Manager does nothing
