I interviewed with my manager which gave me a good outlook on how it would be like to work with him. Because I have to get a government security clearance the interview process has a lot of steps after the initial screening and is very time consuming.

It's not a hard process, just long and not very clear.

The talent acquisition process is incredibly slow and if you aren’t being fast-tracked that you get zero communication for month
