What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new EVP for the Space business is a great person who has a vision for the future, but there is a disconnect between his message and the actions we see at the next level down. So we are moving sideways and in some cases backwards instead of forward.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no stock or equity for employees who are not in an executive compensation plan. Benefits are terrible and get worse every year. Processes for compensation are opaque and inconsistent.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely decent people who mean well and have the best of intentions, although that is often met by obstacles that are self-I posted within the company. Also, way too many layers and way too much focus on politics and positioning.

i telecommute and also spend time at HQ and the major locations - we are mission driven, dedicated to our core values and very proud of the work that we do. our culture is evolving - but would say that the constant theme is innovation and respect for others.
