I feel like the leadership team is listening and advocating for our customers and teams. We have a new group of leaders in place and they seem excited and charged for the future.

The transparency and genuineness of the leaders. I feel like they want me to thrive and grow. My leader doesn't just look at me today, but thinks about my career into the future and helps me prep for where I want to go. I appreciate the culture and energy of the Carload team.
