The least professional and most toxic company I have ever worked for by far. McMaster has been a completely dysfunctional organization for decades now and refuses to change. I am embarassed to say that i ever even worked for this company and would not recommend it for anyone.

The most positive experiences you will have will be with your coworkers who are not overly invested in the company - these are likely genuine people and not the toxic sociopaths.

PTO. Any day that you actually have to work for this company is completely demoralizing and unfulfilling. Seriously, the nastiest kind of people work and thrive here. It is literally their job to make you miserable and push you out.

Stop pschologocically and emotionally abusing your employees. You are fostering a dangerous culture and you are damaging the mental health of your employees. Do you really think it's a good idea to treat your employees the way you do? Do you honestly think people won't talk about those things?

Way too many things to list, especially since this company has no intention of changing - even though they say they do. This company simply cannot be trusted, even their Human Resources department is toxic. They write fake positive reviews on the internet to try and get you to work there.
