Stop pschologocically and emotionally abusing your employees. You are fostering a dangerous culture and you are damaging the mental health of your employees. Do you really think it's a good idea to treat your employees the way you do? Do you honestly think people won't talk about those things?

Listening to staff. They have surveys and meetings, but they don’t actually really listen to what we tell them. Staff is on the front line every day, but management is dismissive when we express our experience. It’s like working in a dystopian environment where you’re being gaslighted ever
A culture of fear permeates throughout the organization. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the years. Management should be held accountable for fixing a culture of fear rather than people in the operation being told month after month that something might change.
