This company simply cannot be trusted, even their Human Resources department is toxic. They write fake positive reviews on the internet to try and get you to work there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop pschologocically and emotionally abusing your employees. You are fostering a dangerous culture and you are damaging the mental health of your employees. Do you really think it's a good idea to treat your employees the way you do?
