This company simply cannot be trusted, even their Human Resources department is toxic. They write fake positive reviews on the internet to try and get you to work there.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop pschologocically and emotionally abusing your employees. You are fostering a dangerous culture and you are damaging the mental health of your employees. Do you really think it's a good idea to treat your employees the way you do? Do you honestly think people won't talk about those things?
