We seemed to be well positioned in the marketplace
They are approachable and want you to succeed.
They do listening sessions with employees
they are very helpful and informative
Cares about work life balance and my development
Being hands on and stop setting unrealistic expectations
Caring about your employees and building a team through positive reinforcement, not knocking them down for every mistake, and treating them like they're not capable.
Stop pschologocically and emotionally abusing your employees. You are fostering a dangerous culture and you are damaging the mental health of your employees. Do you really think it's a good idea to treat your employees the way you do? Do you honestly think people won't talk about those things?
Promoting from within, responding promptly to feedback, making employees feel heard
Just about everything needs to be restructured
Pay and benefits are great but come at a cost
Benefits and deferred comp program
Zero premium health insurance the day you start.
Free grad school tuition, amazing retirement plan
The pay and benefits already amazing but you are selling your soul
Certain roles at the company exact heavy physical or mental costs, while others at the company are allowed much greater latitude in their workday. Staff whose roles directly interact with customers or who fill orders are expected to work nonstop, but pay is not commensurate w/ the toll on the person
Peers are great about helping each other.
Interesting coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
It's small and close-knit. We communicate well.
We all enjoy the shared experience of coming up with solutions and solving issues.
Excellent, supportive coworkers that agree.
Morale is at an all time low that trickles onto others trying to get through
Better communication and respect, sadly senior mgt has no interest.
Understanding what they can control and what they cant
Staff coworkers are fine. It’s management that is the problem. They come up with ways to shave seconds off a call or a process, but the people who have to work harder to meet those seconds are the ones who receive lower pay. Mgrs receive higher pay but suffer none of the effects of their decision
The Diverse group of employees
There is a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
The most positive experiences you will have will be with your coworkers who are not overly invested in the company - these are likely genuine people and not the toxic sociopaths.
We do teambuilding to build a positive environment.
Same responses as I gave for everything else
Become better people managers and coaches
Meeting different people in the process
It was done through Zoom. I met a lot of different people.
It was very transparent and I heard back quickly.
They flew us out to Chicago to interview there.
Meeting people who currently work there
Remove the company tour please
My interview was listening to directors/managers stroke their ego without asking a single meaningful question on how I would contribute to the organization. If you are interviewing, keep your mouth shut+nod along. As you will find out, tuning out these rants are the most valuable skill at McM
Mastering a new task and feeling valued.
Best thing at work is getting to do project work with the team.
The pay, hours, and benefits
Getting to work on truly hard problems
Probably work life balance maybe
Management is completely out of touch. Everything is an error and standards are unrealistic
Way too many things to list, especially since this company has no intention of changing - even though they say they do. This company simply cannot be trusted, even their Human Resources department is toxic. They write fake positive reviews on the internet to try and get you to work there.
Generous compensation for an extremely customer focused company
Defined career path for non-management employees
