Better communication and respect, sadly senior mgt has no interest.
Understanding what they can control and what they cant
Staff coworkers are fine. It’s management that is the problem. They come up with ways to shave seconds off a call or a process, but the people who have to work harder to meet those seconds are the ones who receive lower pay. Mgrs receive higher pay but suffer none of the effects of their decision
