There is a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
The most positive experiences you will have will be with your coworkers who are not overly invested in the company - these are likely genuine people and not the toxic sociopaths.

Meeting different people in the process
It was done through Zoom. I met a lot of different people.
It was very transparent and I heard back quickly.
They flew us out to Chicago to interview there.
