The pay and benefits already amazing but you are selling your soul
PTO. Any day that you actually have to work for this company is completely demoralizing and unfulfilling. Seriously, the nastiest kind of people work and thrive here. It is literally their job to make you miserable and push you out.

Interesting coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
It's small and close-knit. We communicate well.

There is a strong emphasis on work/life balance.
The most positive experiences you will have will be with your coworkers who are not overly invested in the company - these are likely genuine people and not the toxic sociopaths.

Working with other bright, dedicated employees. The company culture itself is horrible, though.

It was very transparent and I heard back quickly.
