PTO. Any day that you actually have to work for this company is completely demoralizing and unfulfilling. Seriously, the nastiest kind of people work and thrive here. It is literally their job to make you miserable and push you out.

The most positive experiences you will have will be with your coworkers who are not overly invested in the company - these are likely genuine people and not the toxic sociopaths.
