I wish my coworkers would stay. People are always getting fed up with management and leaving after only being there for a short time. I’ve made a lot of good friends working there but it’s sad because no one can handle management or the customer base at my mall so everyone quits.

Absolutely horrible company, horrific pay, terible culture, and zero work life balance.... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Leadership does not actually care to make the culture better, just tries to gaslight you constantly about how you arent doing enough even though you work 12-14 hour days

The environment is very toxic which stems from the top down and is extremely obvious. The joke used to be that if the director complimented your performance one day, you had better prepare for the next because he was going to find something to shred you apart on the following day.

Happy employees create happy customers and happy customers generate sales, happy work environments need to be established

Our management is whats going wrong and it affects every employee there.

They need to put back the quality into there bags.

Need to hire more people’s for the back house support... overwhelming with work by ourselves.

The management needs to get a grip on what being a leader is for their team. It is not a dictatorship, running a store.

Upper management is unprofessional. HR department is going through the motions. Everyone there is only looking out for themselves and their personal gains.
