People skills. I also think that management should be required to submit alcohol/drug test at random just like the employees do. CEO doesn't care about his employees, that's a fact

I love what I do, just not whom I do it for. The company doesn't promote the best and brightest. The management of this company is extremely hostile, liars, and selfish.

Coworkers are under constant pressure from management. That equates to a sometimes hostile work environment. Some of my co-workers are uneducated and unable to perform similar tasks as myself and others .

Hostile work environment stems from the top and trickles down. I live in constant fear that I may forget a rule and be pulled out of service. While management doesn't teach they just enforce.

The corporation has been reporting record profits it seems quarter after quarter. When I first hired out a decade ago my family and myself didn't have any out of paycheck money taken out for health and welfare. For the past decade I am asked to pay more and more and more. We are lowest paid class 1.
