Coworkers and field personnel overall working together is great on our team. It can vary with other groups, so knowing about each one makes a difference.
Review from IT Dept
Leaders listen to feedback and take action
Allowing open conversation and engagement from our members.
Review from Engineering Dept
The interaction between the employees
The most positive thing is your 2 rest days away from work
The end of the shift
As we focus on providing the most value to our customers and stakeholders. The company has undergone a lot of cuts, the environment is always changing - its feels like a start up right now.
Review from Operations Dept
The over safety and the culture of being your brother and sister keeper

Other coworkers and the constantly changing work

Just working without management around looking down there noses.

This is a company with nearly two hundred years of history. Its great to look back and see where we are going.
Pay rate is higher than other companies

Positive atmosphere great .all strive for excellance.
Review from Operations Dept
There is none, it is a extremely hostile and toxic work atmosphere
Review from Operations Dept
There are too many environments throughout our company to say. Mine is fine because I am left alone for eight hours.

Trainmaster has really been in touch with crews to let them get the work done safely and timely but make decisions on how it's done and not over manage every situation
Review from Product Dept
Nothing at all.. it's depressing
Review from Engineering Dept
I enjoy interaction with my fellow employees. Almost like a brotherhood
Review from Engineering Dept
Very supportive and always ready to help
Review from Product Dept
Got rid of a certain ADE and the morale of the men went way high
Review from Engineering Dept
Pay better. Better equipment. More people.
Treat employees like people, built new headquarters with restaurant, daycare, etc., told to mingle with others. Crew stations are bare bones and give the feeling of get to work or go home
Start placing employees first. Stop harassing your employees over little things. Show your employees you are there to support them and you are there to help and not discipline
More focus needs to be placed on improving employee morale.
Focus on customer service while there is still time.
Better work life balance is needed for the operational team
Contracts, wages, management, lifestyle, more employees
Think about employees rather than just stockholders
Everything needs to change from starting from the top, especially in IT.
Stop the greed that is ruining a great job.
More focus on employee teamwork and trust
The entire leadership team needs to go.
Review from Operations Dept
An outside company needs to do a independent investigation to the conduct of those in power positions then you can get to the bottom or a worker needs to take notes of all issues that they see and have documentation to prove facts cause the company will pay to get themselves out of trouble
Review from Engineering Dept
Positive rienforcement on all levels. Vulture capitalism has taken over the company, therefore eliminating jobs and putting stress/anxiety on employees and families. No collaboration between corporate and field service employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Better treatment of your workers. Show us that we actually matter instead of laying us off like we never meant anything to the growth of your company
Review from Operations Dept
Trainmasters need to stop trying to fire everyone. Employees need to have more respect for each other.

When you fear for your job every second your working, how can you preform well and work safely?
Review from Operations Dept
Need better more positive feedback from our supervisors maybe more insensitives less negatives
