
Culture of heavy handed management needs to be eliminated. More treating us as teammates instead of enemies.
More cooperation from managers. Stop treating us as the enemy. Communication needs improved. Listen to us about doing the job.
Hours spent on call are not compensated. Time claims that are good are not paid. Even though they are violations that should be paid no questions asked.
Communication. Rank and file work well together. If the supervisors would get on board and act as a team everyone would be better. Morale would greatly improve. It’s terrible now.
