
I've been personally denied multiple promotions with this corporation...even being the only "truly" qualified candidate based on safety/service records/education/licensing...BE FAIR WITH PROMOTIONS!!!
We constantly have to look over our shoulders...afraid were gonna violate a cardinal rule and get fired... TREAT EMPLOYEES LIKE ASSETS, NOT LIABILITIES!!! SICK TIME/LOOSER RULE RESTRICTIONS/CELL PHONE PERMISSIONS/FAIR PROMOTION PRACTICES...
Be fair and don't discriminate based on age/seniority...especially with promotions that involve wage increases!!! Allow employees to communicate and utilize their cell phones...within reason... Stop micromanaging...get rid of the bulk of these "college educated" supervisors...please!!
We ALL need proper tooling and permission to communicate properly!!! Cell phones are a necessity to daily life...not a liability... Also, it's sad that this company expects us to come to work sick....no sick time? And won't accept a note from our child's doctor if they're sick? Really?
