
Communication, planning and execution of that plan are horrible. Company has a standard procedure for everything but can't get out of their own way to follow it for big jobs.
Work in the lowest paid M&W division of NS. At least get us up to where the rest of the company if not on par with the rest of the big 4 railroads.
Het their act together in all departments. Cannot tell you how many times the supervisors have said "yeah, dispatch knows" and then we call dispatch for track time and they have no clue we were coming. Same for C&S.
When you hear about the next subdivision over getting lunches and dinners planned while you do more work and are more productive but get nothing, yeah fix that. They continue to find ways to push more responsibility off onto Foreman in an already stressful job, maybe let them work and handle it
