Our Team is super collaborative, hard working, friendly and helpful. I can go to any of my teammates anytime for help as needed and that feels really good. Our Team is smart and hardworking!

Everyone is expected to work hard but there is complete understanding and flexibility for "real life" things. For example, if I need to take an hour off during the day for a doctor's appointment, that is not a problem and that is so helpful!
