Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay at market rate for the same job title. However a large portion of comp is in potential stock and has large upside but that is still speculative.

We have set of team, group, and companywide awards and recognitions that help us all get visibility into great work happening around the organization and celebrate the teams and indiviuals delivering it.
