What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team, especially Manny, have come across as defensive and accusatory in the past several company meetings. They air their dirty laundry in front of the company instead of pulling together as a team. Direction and goals are unclear.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is not inline with similar roles inside or outside the company nor is it reflective of the impact I have within the company. In addition I and my team receive little acknowledgement or appreciation outside of my direct manager.

The level of impact I have on Outreach Goals and the amount of work I have to do personally are not matched by my rate of pay or equity. Nor is it calibrated well with others with my level of responsibility and duties.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some top-notch people in my discipline. I've made real friends in my time at Outreach, even though I joined remotely.

I love that everyone I've interacted with has a lean-in mentality and is wearing multiple hats as a choice to solve a problem rather than reluctantly as directed. I feel like there is a "we" mentality instead of a "me vs you" mentality that I've experienced at other companies.
