My pay is not inline with similar roles inside or outside the company nor is it reflective of the impact I have within the company. In addition I and my team receive little acknowledgement or appreciation outside of my direct manager.
The level of impact I have on Outreach Goals and the amount of work I have to do personally are not matched by my rate of pay or equity. Nor is it calibrated well with others with my level of responsibility and duties.
