I like their transparency. At least once a quarter there is an all hands, and every month there are large team all hands. On top of that there are weekly emails to help us know what is going on and keep our pulse on the company.

Being able to take off one Friday a month without the cost of PTO. Seriously to look forward to a 3 day weekend gets me out of the burnout rut.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide pay at the market, pay women equally, and provide a standard set of benefits. I'm not even asking for above and beyond, just at market would be an improvement.

Everyone is expected to work hard but there is complete understanding and flexibility for "real life" things. For example, if I need to take an hour off during the day for a doctor's appointment, that is not a problem and that is so helpful!
