They think about their employees first. They work hard and it shows. They are motivated by our products and this energy is emphasized throughout the company (in emails, all hands, etc).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team is super collaborative, hard working, friendly and helpful. I can go to any of my teammates anytime for help as needed and that feels really good. Our Team is smart and hardworking!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is expected to work hard but there is complete understanding and flexibility for "real life" things. For example, if I need to take an hour off during the day for a doctor's appointment, that is not a problem and that is so helpful!
