We are paid fairly and in my career here I have never had to ask for a raise, I have been given raises consistently as they were earned.

The parent benefits are insanely generous and our company bonus can range from 7-15% of salary which is amazing.

I think the salary pay is at the upper end of what this position pays elsewhere. To me that's a reflection of Outreach's success as well as their commitment to taking care of their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation that aligns with tenure, subject matter mastery, and market value of the role.

We do not have a 401K matching program at all, and there have been no discussions regarding matching salaries to the extremely high rates of inflation, so the buying power of employee salaries is significantly diminished versus what they were initially set at upon hire.

I love the amount of trust -- everyone works hard and owns their role and goals, and because of that everyone else trusts you to run your own shop.
