We are paid fairly and in my career here I have never had to ask for a raise, I have been given raises consistently as they were earned.

We all help each other out any way that we can. I know if I pose a question to my team that I will get an answer in less than 2 minutes because we all have each other's backs.

They are very transparent about the decisions they make and why they make them. They also aren't afraid to own up when mistakes are made and to take the necessary actions to rectify those mistakes. The leadership team is also very dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do every day is genuinely interesting and there's always a new problem to help solve. I enjoy working with clients to help improve their sales processes and see the positive results that they gain from our product! I also truly enjoy being around my co-workers.
