It's everything I had hoped it would be. It's not perfect but I couldn't even describe what perfection looks like. I am most impressed by our CEO and the level of coordination that is felt at every juncture. Our alignment is rock solid, which is crazy in a fast paced environment as this is.

I think the salary pay is at the upper end of what this position pays elsewhere. To me that's a reflection of Outreach's success as well as their commitment to taking care of their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
This may be more of a reflection of my job, but I love how challenging my job is and the feeling of getting 1% better each day/week is motivating. This company gives just enough freedom to allow each employee to find their expression and freedom while also hitting the important KPIs
