Outreach has been overall disappointing. The company is not mature enough for the customers we are trying to close, and I am not confident our leadership team knows how to get us there.

I work with some top-notch people in my discipline. I've made real friends in my time at Outreach, even though I joined remotely.

The leadership team, especially Manny, have come across as defensive and accusatory in the past several company meetings. They air their dirty laundry in front of the company instead of pulling together as a team. Direction and goals are unclear.
